Normalisation
We standardise selected display fields such as county names, dates and empty values so records can be searched and compared consistently. We do not use those transformations to change the underlying legal meaning.

Freshness and coverage
Profiles show an update date where the source record supplies one. Public systems, imports and corrections can create a delay between an official change and its appearance here.
A missing field means it was not available in the data used for that page. It should not be interpreted as proof that the event, person or document does not exist.
