Delivery
Completed reports are sent to the email address supplied at checkout. The usual delivery window is 10 minutes to 3 hours during business hours, although unusual records or service interruptions may take longer.
Check the email address and spam folder before contacting support. Include the order reference, company name and purchase email in any delivery query.
Refunds and failed delivery
If we cannot supply the purchased report, we will offer an appropriate replacement, correction or refund. If you believe the delivered report does not match the company ordered, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
- A change of mind after a digital report has been compiled or supplied may not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable consumer rights.
- Duplicate payments and confirmed technical failures will be reviewed promptly.
- Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
